Acompli was acquired by Microsoft in the fall of 2014 and rebranded as the new Outlook.

Apple heard about the product and wanted to rush the release, so we only had 36 hours – from concepting through production – to make the video.

During the past few presidential elections, I have been on the campaign trail as a photojournalist. In 2008, I worked for the political blog FiveThirtyEight, which was later acquired by The New York Times (and more recently, ESPN). In 2012, I hit the trail again, this time partnering with TalkingPointsMemo as a freelance photojournalist.
